CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. Late Arrival Policy: Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, a late fee of $10 will be added to your service. We strive to stay on schedule to respect the time of all our clients, and late arrivals may result in the need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to a later time. No Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, meaning you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 75% of the service fee. This policy ensures that our valuable time and resources are respected. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
